Kronika vrhu D

Celou dobu jsme hodně přemýšleli, hodnotili exteriér i povahu a nakonec jsme pro naši chovatelskou stanici vybrali pejska jménem Django. Náhoda chtěla, že je to zrovna jméno, které si už na podzim manžel vybral pro svého nového psa. Takže flatí tým posílí DJANGO Maminčino štěstí alias Pan Hnědý. Je to pejsek velmi hezkého exteriéru, s nádhernou hlavou, jejíž podobu zdědil po svém otci. Je nebojácný, hodně kontaktní vůči lidem, velmi něžný a poslušný. Má před sebou slibnou výstavní i pracovní budoucnost a doufám, že mu umožníme využít jeho potenciál.

Ve čtvrtek 5. 5. 2016 odjel Dudley do Vrchlabí k rodině, kde už před lety flatíček žil. (Dudley has left and is going to live in Vrchlabí. He will join family, where they already had a Flat in the past.)

V neděli 1. 5. 2016 odjeli dva kluci. Dylan bude žít v Rakousku, ve Vídni a bude vytouženým psem pána, který se chystá do důchodu a ví jasně, jak ho bude trávit. Denver bude mít k nám nejblíže, bude žít v Karviné. I on bude prvním vytouženým psem. (Two boys have left on Sunday 1/5/2016. DYLAN is going live in Vienna, Austria. He is going to be a longed-forcoveted dog for a man who will retire soon and who knows exactly how he will be spending his retirement. DENVER will live in the closest distance from us, in Karviná. And same as Dylan, he will be his owner´s first longed-fordog.)

V sobotu 23. 4. 2016 odjela do nového domova ve Zlíně naše jediná holčička. Ponese jméno Daisy - Sedmikráska. Bude se snažit zacelit ránu v srdci po ztrátě 2 milovaných flatiček, se kterými má společné předky. ( our only girl has left for her new home in Zlín. She´ll be called Daisy. And Daisy will surely do her best to heal the hearts of her new owners who lost their two Flat girls, with which she´s got common ancestors.)

sobota 16. 4. 2016 - nadešel den prvního loučení, do nového domova odjel Donovan (modrá stužka). Zabydlí se  nedaleko Kutné Hory, kde zaplní místo v srdci po zemřelém fletíčkovi. Bude mít kamarádku kavalírku a těší se na něj máma, táta, babička a hlavně 2 slečny staršího žákovského věku. Obě jsou milovnice zvířat, starají se o domácí hospodářská zvířátka a chodí jezdit a pomáhat do jezdeckého kroužku.

(First farewell day is here. Donovan (blue ribbon) is headding towards his new home, near Kutná Hora, where he will fill in the empty hearts of new owners who lost their Flat. There is a friend waiting for him in his new home - a cavalier girl And there´s Mum, Dad, Grandma and two young ladies (upper-school age) enormously looking forward to meeting their new and loved member of their family. Both girls love animals, they take care of their farm animals. They also help at a local horse-riding club, where they ride horses. Well Donovan, it looks like there is a great home awaiting for you)

neděle 10. 4. 2016 - sobota byla pro nás ve znamení Národní výstavy psů v Ostravě, štěňátka byla v péči chůvy - syna Daniela. Deštivý, chladný závěr týdne nedovolí pobyt na zahradě. Štěňátka dny tráví ve své místnosti a bereme si je po dvou postupně do bytu, abychom si s nimi pohráli, aby si zvykala na provoz domácnosti a pokračovala v socializaci. Také sledujeme převládající povahové rysy a temperament jednotlivých štěňátek. A zvykající si na jména! (samozřejmě si je noví majitelé mohou pojmenovat podle svého vkusu)

( -Saturday was for us in the sign of the National Dog Show in Ostrava, the puppies were in the care of nanny-son Daniel. Rainy, cool conclusion of the week will not allow stay in the garden. Puppies spend days in their room and we're taking them gradually into the flat to play with them, to get accustomed to the operation of the household and continued socialization. Also we follow the dominant character traits and temperament of each of the puppies. And they are getting used to their names! (of course, it's the new owners can name it according to their taste)

čtvrtek 7. 4. 2016 - v úterý jsme provedli u štěňat Volhardovy testy osobnostních a pracovních vloh a včera byla načipována, natetována a poprvé naočkována. Opravdu je to náročný týden pro tyto tvorečky! ( - on Tuesday we made for puppies Volhard's tests of personality and working talents and yesterday they were inoculated the first time, tattooedand and implanted a chip. It is really a challenging week for these darlings!)

sobota 2. 4. 2016 - "Déčkům" bylo 6 týdnů. Užívají si nádherné jarní počasí denně na zahradě, udokonalují se v lumpárnách a okusují doslova všechno a všechny. (Puppies were 6 weeks old. They enjoy the wonderful spring weather day in the garden. They are getting better in shenanigans and nibble on virtually everything and everyone.)

pondělí 28. 3. 2016 - tak nám končí Velikonoce.... štěňátka ukončila 5. týden a začínáme 6. týden. Bude následovat druhé odčervení. Také už zkoušejí papat masíčko s rýží a mrkví, ale nejvíce jim jedou granulky. Rády by ještě cucaly maminčino mlíčko, ale Bibi před nimi často prchá, protože jsou to opravdu piraně. Počasí se umoudřilo a byli jsme ve sváteční neděli i dnes venku na zahradě. Také jsme dnes absolvovali večer focení štěňátek v postojích. Přijela "teta Běta", která je na to odborník. Očekáváme brzy fotky portrétů a postojů. (Puppies ended 5. week and get started 6. week. Will be followed by a second worming. Puppies also try eating meat with rice and carrots, but most of them taste granules. They would still suck Mama's milk, but Bibi often flee, because they are really the piranhas. The weather has brightened up and we were in a festive Sunday today out in the garden. We also now have completed the evening photo shoot of puppies in attitudes. Alžběta Vrblová - "aunt Betty" - which is an expert on it, arrived. We are expecting soon photos of portraits and attitudes. )

čtvrtek 24. 3. 2016 - dneska poprvé venku.  Nejistota z otevřeného prostoru trvala jenom chvíli.(today for the first time out. Uncertainty of open space for just a moment.)

úterý 22. 3. 2016 - štěňátka rostou každým dnem a také jsou rychlejší a důmyslnější....(puppies are growing every day, as well as faster and more sophisticated ....)

sobota 19. 3. 2016 - dneska poprvé k jídlu namáčené štěněcí granulky a také velká změna prostoru! Už nejsou v v porodní bedně, ale v ohrádce. Štěňátka ožila, rozpoutaly se boje a hry. (Today for the first time to eat dippy pellets for puppies and a big change in space! They're not in the birthing box, but in a playpen. Puppies alive, waging a struggle and games.)

Shrnutí 3. týdne věku (13.3. - 18. 3. 2016):

- štěníkům porostly drápky a tak hrozně škrábou, Bibinka to hrdinně snáší (overgrown claws -  puppies so bad graze, Bibi's heroically suffers)

- zkoušejí čím dále tím více své hlasivky, obstojně štěkají a velmi silně kejhají jako husy nebo rackové - obzvláště je to nepříjemné v noci, když člověk  má před sebou náročný den v práci :) (Trying more and more of his vocal cords, bark and fairly strongly crying as geese and seagulls - this is especially annoying at night when we have a hard day at work tomorrow:)

- kromě maminčina mlíčka papají 2x denně štěněcí kaši a ta jim teda "jede"  (they eat 2x daily puppy porridge except mother's milk)

- Bibinka postupně po nich přestává uklízet  -  a moc se jí nedivím (Bibi gradually ceases to clean up after them and I didnť really blame her)

- vážit je čím dále náročnější  (weighing is becoming more difficult)

pátek 18. 3. 2016 - chýlí se ke konci 4. týden života štěňátek. Dostávají jako příkrm mléčnou kašičku pro štěňátka, kterou se naučili nádherně papat a nikoli z láhve. Tento týden o ně více pečuje manžel, který má dovolenou a doslova si s nimi užíváme mazlení. Hodně se bavíme o tom, že se už trochu začínají rýsovat povahové chatrakteristiky prcků. (The fourth week of puppies´ life is getting to an end. They eat a special milk porridge for puppies, which they have learnt to eat nicely (no need to feed them with a bottle). My husband is the main carer this week as he has taken a few days off. We are enjoying the cuddling with them, they are so sweet. The personality and character traits of the puppies are becoming observable , and me and my husband talk about them quite a lot these days.)

čtvrtek 17. 3. 2016 - zdá se , že konečně dorazilo jaro i k nám do Beskyd! Naši psi si užívali svého Slunce každý po svém (Finally the spring has arrived to our Beskydy mountains! Our doggies were enjoying the sunshine, everybody according to its taste and wish):

Shrnutí 3. týdne věku (5. 3. - 12. 3. 2016) 

- štěňátka pijí mnohem více mlíčka a také vydrží podstatně déle bez kojení

- už se jim zadaří štěknout

- začínají si hrát spolu - zatím jenom opatrně

- jsou to doslova čurací trubice, pračka jede poměrně často, hovínka za nimi stále ještě psí maminka uklízí

- poprvé odčerveni

- nejtěžší štěně, žlutý pejsek, váží 1700 g

- the puppies drink more milk and the gap between the breastfeeding is substantially getting longer

- they are starting to play together - very carefully as for now

- they are literarly "wee pipes", our washing machine is on pretty often, their Mummy (Bibi) is still cleaning up after them

- they were wormed for the first time

- the heaviest puppy, the Yellow ribbon dog, weights 1700g)

Čtvrtek 10. 3. 2016 - prckové rostou jako z vody a každým dnem je jejich vývoj rychlejší. Začínají si hrát a už je poznat, že jsou to psi! (The little ones are growing up and their growth and progression is faster and faster within each day. They start to play and it finally is recognisable that they are DOGS!)

Úterý 8. 3. 2016 - Dneska jsme zkusili poprvé něco jiného než mléko....od štěněcí kaše jsme byli všichni a všechno. Štěňátka už nevypadají jako krtečci, začínají být jako nutrie. (We have tried a different food than milk for the first time.... The puppy mush was everywhere! The puppies don´t look like moles anymore. They start to resemble nutrias.)

Shrnutí 2. týdne věku  (27.  2.  - 4. 3. 2016) 

- prckové jsou zdraví, životaschopní a znamenitě prospívají, ale po 10. dni  se nám zdá, že Bibinka nemá dostatek mléka, občas přikrmíme slabší jedince

- vyměnili jsme tkanice a stuhy za miniobojky s bezpečnostní pojistkou

- postupně se jim otevírají očka

- začínají sedět a batolit se po bedně, nožky ještě neunesou velké tělo

- seznámili se již s  tetkou Babetou, ale bez přítomnosti Bibi, ta je vůči ostatním psům velmi ostražitá, Babeta by si nejraději k nim přilehla, všechny olízala a nakojila :)

(- the little ones are healthy, viable and they thrive truly well, but we are a bit concerned about Bibinka not having enough milk after the tenth day, so we´ve got some "side dish" for the weaker ones

- we´ve exchanged the strings and ribbons with a safe mini-collars

- they start to sit and toddle around the whelping box, the little legs cannot carry the big body yet

- the puppies have met their auntie Babeta, but without a presence of Bibi the Mum, which is very alert towards other dogs. Babeta would love to get into the whelping box, lie down among the puppies while tenderly licking all of them and breastfeed them )

Sobota 5. 3. 2016 - všechna štěňátka už mají otevřená očička, pohybem sice připomínají varany, ale stále více se podobají psům. Začínají si uvědomovat, že mají 4 nožičky a jejich pohyb je den ode dne lepší. Jejich termoregulace začíná fungovat, stávají se z nich malí průzkumníci, pořád ještě většinu času prospí. Nadcházející týden bude poslední, kdy péče o ně zajišťuje v prvé řadě fena Bibi. Pak to začne přehazovat na nás lidi. : )  Focení je příliš nebavilo, tak se tady nepředstavují všichni. (Eyes of all puppies are opened now. With their moves they resemble a varan, but more and more they look like dogs. The puppies are getting aware of having four little legs and their moves are getting smarter within each day. Their thermoregulation is starting to work and they become little explorers. Though, they sleep most of the time. Next week is going to be the last one for Bibi´s care of the little ones - the main care. From then on the care of the puppies will be thrown on us, humans :) They found the photographing pretty boring, so there are not all of them in the photos below.)

Čtvrtek 3. 3. 2016 - Mimísci po Bibi a Luckym hlásí: " už nejsme zaslepení, už se nám otevírají očka!" (Bibinka´s and Lucky´s babies are announcing to the world: "We no longer are blind. Our little eyes are opening!" )

Úterý 1. 3. 2016 - Štěňátka vrhu D chovatelské stanice Maminčino štěstí oslavila první dekádu svého života. Konečně rozhodnuto, jak se budou jmenovat (muzikálně založeni jedinci poznají skryté osobnosti....):

Neděle 28. 2. 2016 - štěňátka se mají čile k životu, Bibinka už začíná vnímat i jiné radosti než mateřské a ráda si s námi zajde pohrát na louku. (The puppies are a lively bunch. Bibinka has started to notice other pleasures apart from the maternity ones and she happily joins our playtime at a nearby meadow.)

úterý 23. 2. 2016 - 3 dny života za sebou, přibíráme, spíme  a pijeme. Páníčkové mají hlavně funkci kontrolní a hygienickou (půjčeno z knihy od p. Tiché), jinak se flákají... :)

(First three days of our life have passed, we are gaining weight, we sleep and we drink. Our keepers´ duty now is mainly to put an eye on us and do the hygiene stuff (taken from Mrs. Ticha´s book), otherwise they just hang around... :))

neděle 21. 2. 2016 - Dobré ráno! Je nám 1 den a jsme celé maminčino štěstí.....

(Good morning! We are one day old and we are all entirely the happiness of Mum...)

sobota 20. 2. 2016 - v 64. den březosti  - štěňátka se prodrala nasvět! Bibinka se trápila již od předchozího dne  a dnes dopoledne jsme přivítali 1. štěně. Celkem mám vedle sebe v porodní bedně kromě pečlivé maminky Bibi také 5 chlapečků a 1 holčičku. Někteří z klučíků jsou ještě volní. (The puppies are here! The 64th day of pregnancy. Bibinka has suffered from the previous day and we were happy to meet the first puppy. Now, there are five puppy-boys and one puppy-girl in the whelping box and of course the loving and caring mummy Bibi. Some of the puppy-boys are still available.)

středa 17. 2. 2016 - náš plejtvák obrovský Bibinka si občas zajde do porodní bedny za hračkama, ale ještě rodit nebude. Dnešní noc se asi opět vyspíme v pohodě. (Bibinka, our Blue Whale J, visits her whelping box from time to time to check all the toys, but she doesn´t seem to give the birth yet. We´ll surely get a good night sleep today.)

neděle 14. 2. 2016 - dnes už by se mohla narodit života schopná štěňátka, je 58. den březosti. Vše je připraveno, jenom bavlněné šňůrečky jsem ještě nestihla všechy uháčkovat, více než 8 šňůrek nebude zapotřebí (byli jsme tento týden na RTG). V jídelně vévodí porodní bedna, Bibinka si občas do ní jde lehnout. Zvyká si. Měříme ráno a večer teplotu, ale vše je zatím v normě. klidná noc před námi. (It´s the 58th day of Bibinka´s pregnancy today and we could have expect viable puppies. Everything is ready and well prepared. The only thing I need to do is to crochet the cotton strings for the little ones. We shouldn´t need more than eight strings (as we have done the x-ray this week, so we are quite sure). There is a special whelping box in our dining room, which Bibinka uses from time to time to have a short nap in it or just to lie down and relax. She is getting accustomed to it. We do the regular measurements of her temperature but there are no signs of getting closer to delivery yet. It looks like we have another peaceful night ahead of us.)
